Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how Sergei Vidishev handles information when you use Hoppy Planet, and how you can control it.
We have tried to keep it short and in plain language. If anything is unclear, contact us — we are happy to explain.
Information We Collect
Good news: Hoppy Planet does not collect any personal information. There is no sign-up, no tracking and no data sent to our servers.
If you choose to email us, we will naturally receive your address and message so we can reply.
We never ask for sensitive categories of data, such as health or biometric information.
How Your Data Is Used
The only information we receive is what you send us by email. We use it only:
- To answer your messages and provide support
- To comply with legal obligations
Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded.
Third Parties
The app relies only on Apple services, and information is shared only in the situations below:
- Apple Game Center: if you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple, and your Game Center nickname appears on the leaderboards.
- Apple iCloud: your game progress is saved in your own iCloud account so it follows you to your other devices. We cannot see it.
- Apple App Store: in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Legal requirements: in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.
- Business transfers: if the app changes ownership, with the new owner bound by this policy.
We Don't Track You
Hoppy Planet contains no tracking for advertising purposes and never accesses your device's advertising identifier.
Why We're Allowed to Process Data
Under European data protection law, we process personal data on these grounds:
- Consent: when you opt in to a feature that needs it; you may withdraw consent whenever you like.
- Contract: to deliver the service and any purchases you make.
- Legitimate interests: such as maintaining security and improving the app, provided your rights do not override them.
- Legal obligation: to meet obligations imposed by applicable regulations.
How We Protect Your Data
Your game data stays on your device and in your own iCloud account, which Apple protects with encryption. Messages you send us are kept in a secure mailbox.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to protect your data.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:
- Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data.
- Correction: have inaccurate information fixed.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data.
- Restriction & objection: limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability: move your data to another service.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
Under California law, you may request details about the categories of data we collect. We do not sell personal information, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Send your request to ft.priest@icloud.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact your local supervisory authority.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared personal information with us can contact us, and we will remove it.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are outside our control.
Where Data Is Processed
Information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use safeguards like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.
Browser Privacy Signals
We honour Global Privacy Control where required by law. As we do not engage in cross-site tracking, Do Not Track signals do not change how the app behaves.
Revisions
This policy may change as the app evolves or laws change. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

License to Use the App
Sergei Vidishev grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Hoppy Planet on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Rules of Use
When using the app, you agree:
- Not to hack, modify or otherwise harm the app.
- Not to create derivative works based on the app.
- Not to use cheats or tools that give an unfair advantage on the leaderboards.
- To use the app only in compliance with applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Hoppy Planet, including its design, code, graphics and content, is owned by Sergei Vidishev and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sergei Vidishev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without any express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of bugs.
Ending Your Use
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Apple App Store Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded with Sergei Vidishev only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Where these Terms are silent, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
Updates
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

How can I contact support?

Does Hoppy Planet collect my personal data?
No. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud.
I reinstalled the game. How do I get my purchases back?
Tap the starglass counter at the top of the Home screen to open the store, then tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why is my name on the leaderboard?
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center. Only your Game Center nickname and scores are shown, and only while you are signed in to Game Center.
How do I erase my progress?
Tap your portrait in the top-left corner of the Home screen and choose Erase progress.
